Free subscription is available with data capacity up to 1 GB per user. Also included are basic features such as create, view, and sharing of personal dashboards and reports with other Power BI users. Data can be imported from Excel, CSV and Power BI Desktop files. Power BI Pro costs USD 9.9 monthly per user with up to 10 GB of data storage per user, Office 365 Groups and other collaboration schemes. Annual subscription is required for the Power BI Pro and non-profit pricing is available when purchasing directly from Microsoft.
